Calling is a sense that something greater than you invites you to deeper purpose.
Knowing what invites you is hard.
Knowing the purpose requires listening.
Join others for a time of creative listening, sharing, and reflection about calling. Come to trust your experiences, gifts, and desires. Come to honor your story and how it can empower you. Come to welcome how your sense of call might open you – and others – to something greater.
This workshop will help you engage calling by listening in ways that can inform how you discern and act. It will help you understand what calling means to you – and how you pursue your unique calling. We’ll make space for hope, inspiration, risk, trust, and more. We’ll experience ways to listen that can help you live intentionally in the spaces between awareness, knowing, and action.
Ideas and scriptures from the Christian tradition, as well as secular sources, will be used. But, faith or a certain faith is not necessary. Every effort is made to offer an open, inclusive space to explore your journey.
